Full Review:
If you are a fan of fancy cookware sets, you probably own various lines from Rachael Ray. The Cucina hard-anodized cookware is perhaps one of those. It is also one of the top choices among many households, not just for its beauty but also for its excellent cooking performance.
Rachael Ray Cucina hard-anodized cookware set shows off a gray exterior and silicone handles with warm, natural tones. You can choose from the three colors available (red, orange, and blue) that will match your kitchen’s design. But its overall beauty, this cookware set is also a sensible choice.
Rachael Ray Cucina comes with almost everything you need. The set includes a 1-quart and 2-quart saucepans with lids, a 6-quart stockpot with lid, 8.5″ and 10″ frying pans, 3-quart sauté pan with a lid, and two utensils. The quality of each piece will also excite you, as the walls of the cookware pieces are thick. You will also definitely fall in love with its shatter-resistant glass lids that have wide stainless steel rims.
Moreover, its nonstick coating performed magnificently well in our test. Steaks and fillets were perfectly browned in the frying pans, and the eggs just slid when we tilted the cookware. It also displayed satisfying heat distribution on various cooking surfaces we tried, except induction. The surfaces aced our test on both the electric and gas cooktops, and we were honestly impressed that the exterior didn’t stain.
On the other hand, we found the cleanup of the pans and pots by hand rather challenging due to the sauces that dripped and dried near the handles’ rivets. Thankfully, all cookware pieces are dishwasher-safe, which can save you from such demanding work.
