nonstick coating of Rachael Ray Cucina Hard-Anodized cookware
All the pieces in the Rachael Ray Cucina cookware set come with a nonstick coating.

Moreover, its nonstick coating performed magnificently well in our test. Steaks and fillets were perfectly browned in the frying pans, and the eggs just slid when we tilted the cookware. It also displayed satisfying heat distribution on various cooking surfaces we tried, except induction. The surfaces aced our test on both the electric and gas cooktops, and we were honestly impressed that the exterior didn’t stain.

The Rachael Ray Cucina cookware set is dishwasher-safe!

On the other hand, we found the cleanup of the pans and pots by hand rather challenging due to the sauces that dripped and dried near the handles’ rivets. Thankfully, all cookware pieces are dishwasher-safe, which can save you from such demanding work.
