The lids are masterpiece works. The glass in them is thick, and the rims have broad metal protection, giving them extra protection. They also fit nicely into the pots and pans to allow adequate trapping of moisture inside. Most of all, the lids are oven-safe up to 430°F! You’ll also appreciate the measurement markings on the internal walls of the stockpots, saucepans, and sauté pan that will let you quickly spot the right amount of ingredients to put in them.

We also love how effortless it is to pour liquids out of the saucepans due to the rolled edges that allow drip-free transfers. The handles are also perfectly crafted to provide the utmost comfort as you hold the cookware. They feel sleek and impeccably polished.

On the other hand, the set boasts a three-ply construction, which sandwiches an aluminum plate between two 18/10 stainless steel layers. The structure gives the body of each cookware a hefty weight. Despite this, the items feel solid and balanced when lifted and put on any kind of cooktop. And thanks to the stainless steel exterior, it can work with induction stoves without problems.

The cookware pieces worked like a dream when our reviewers tested them for searing steaks and browning vegetables. The frying pans and sauté pans browned everything uniformly, and we didn’t encounter any problem with releasing the foods. However, while everything went flawless great on gas and induction cooktops, we observed uneven heat distribution on the electric cooktop when we attempted to sear another batch of steaks.
