It’s been awhile since we’ve heard from our favorite ID sketching master Spencer Nugent, but the one-man sketch machine hasn’t slowed down his hustle.

Although he normally posts videos on various ID sketching-related sketch tutorials on his personal YouTube channel, the industrial designer recently took time to give us a three-way look at the new iPad Pro, the Surface Pro 3, and of course, the Wacom Cintiq.

“Apple recently dropped a bomb on the creative world, the iPad Pro. You might be wondering how it stacks up against the competition, so I pulled out all my old tablets, dusted em off and got them ready for the big showdown,” Nugent tells SolidSmack. “In this video, I take a look at what some of the differences are between all three tablets and why I think each is great and where each is lacking for me. If you’re thinking about getting one of these three tablets, you’ll want to watch this first!”

Whether you’ve been thinking about getting a tablet that can also run your favorite CAD program or simply just want a minimal digital sketching device, this tablet shakedown is definitely worth thirty minutes of your time today.

Also be sure to check out the rest of Nugent’s sketching videos over at his YouTube channel.
