If you were to then ask that person to name an individual famous for crafting instruments, chances are that they will name-drop Antonio Stradivari—probably the greatest violin maker who has ever lived.

As many of you might already be aware, some exciting developments have been unfolding in the portable fuel cell market in recent months. Unfortunately, the excitement at the moment seems to be geared more-toward the potential for the technology itself, rather than the strange array of available consumer products which currently employ it. But hey, that’s typical for anything in the beta-phase, and generally the first sign of something groundbreaking, right? We can only hope!

Recently, we reported that MakerBot was expanding their retail empire to include ‘mini-stores’ within over nearly 20 Microsoft stores stretched across the United States. At the moment, their only standalone brick and mortar is their iconic New York City store where they have resided for just over a year now. Today it was announced that for those living in Boston, MA or Greenwich, CT, getting the full MakerBot experience (or just another roll of glow-in-the dark filament) just got a whole lot easier.
