Raise of hands! Who wants to blow $489 for 3G Wireless and PDF Support? Huh? Huh? The MASSIVE 9.7″ vertical screen of the new Amazone Kindle DX is available Wednesday, June 17th for your monochrome viewing pleasure.

You (or your company) could pop for one of these badboys so you can store ‘3,500 books‘ on it. Or, you could use it to access and store PDF’s, for use down on the shop floor or in meetings. Ready to fire up the furnace and toss the file cabinets in with a smile on your paper-hatin’ face? Let’s go.

My brain is just cookin’ with the possibilities. Is your brain just cookin’ with the possibilities? No more printing? No more loosing that valuable paper copy? I’m all for it, but please, Amazon, get a color e-ink display on that reader and I hope, I really hope that 3D PDF support would be included, but then you would have to add touch/stylus capabilities.

Along with that, how would mark-ups/edits be handled? Perhaps the next version or how about a tablet PC that can already do all this for roughly the same price?
