With this, it can keep pumping for more than 50 hours before there is a need to refill it (depending on the mist output). Even better, it has a LED light that will notify you in case the tank gets empty.  This can also double as a night light which you can turn on and off!

Another thing that really caught our attention when we inspected it was the small tray near its base. However, upon getting hold of the unit we realized that it is actually simple. No huge bells and whistles such as the smart ability of the LEVOIT Classic 300S or the extra-large capacity of the Everlasting unit. So, what makes it a charming choice among countless folks? Its straightforward use.

Indeed, MistAire doesn’t have the biggest easter egg to offer out there. Yet, in terms of reliability and ease of use, it is the top choice. It has a 1.5-liter tank capacity that can deliver 150 ml of moisture per hour in 250 sq. ft. of space. It only employs two speed settings (High and Low), so there isn’t really any complexity in using it. Nonetheless, be reminded that it comes with four settings which involve the light setup. Further, it employs a mist nozzle that allows it to release moisture in one particular direction. With this, you can easily turn it away from sensitive appliances and furniture. It can also last for more than 16 hours and even has safety features that make it extremely child-friendly. Besides producing just cold mist, it will automatically shut off when the system senses that the tank is low or when the tank is removed.  Most of all, it is extremely quiet and can be used in any bedroom without any problems.

It is a serious warm moisture humidifier that can effectively improve and increase the temperature in a medium-sized room. And compared to other products, it has a more obvious heating element that can boil water as soon as you activate the unit.

When we compared it to others, what we first noticed was how intuitive and user-friendly it is as the MistAire. No tons of buttons and no bunch of controls. But that doesn’t make it anything less desirable than others, as it is built for straightforward use. No complexities. You can simply turn the dial and choose between the two levels of mist you need and it’ll start the work. Simple.

It is also specifically built for the purpose of relieving the breathing of users. With this, we really appreciate that Honeywell added a designated oil cup that will impress those who often mix warm mist with liquid medicines. Also, it has a 1-gallon tank capacity that can last up to 24 hours of continuous use. Once the tank runs low on water, the light will indicate the need to refill it.

The only challenge we see about it (besides the fact that it is boiling and can harm pets and kids) however is the fact that minerals easily build up on its heating element. However, this is usual in all warm mist humidifiers, especially if you are not using distilled water. That being said, if you are really interested in buying one, it is better to know that it entails frequent cleanup of the unit.
