Yes, it crawls like none other. Not across your face in the middle of a dark, cold night in the middle of Utah, but across the vicious terrain of the rockiest of earthen obstacles and barriers.
BE warned! Be very a…warned!
It’s the Venom Creeper with 70 degrees of axle articulation and a magnificent transmission capable of handling 9 lbs of weight and some fiery decals.
What’s even more magnificent? It was designed in SolidWorks and these images, rendered with Bunkspeed’s Hypershot show all the creepy, crawly, grisly detail of what the team at Venom Group is capable of.
First, a video of the the Creeper in action…
You can pre-order the Venom Creeper here for $229.00 US. It would make a fine Thanksgiving day present for yourself.

A HUGE salute to Kevin Quigley for the info!!

SolidSmack is a very small behemoth of an online community about 3D CAD, technology, design, robots, and ninjas… Ok, maybe not ninjas so much, but those guys are COOL so there just might be something about some dang ninjas.

I want one only a bit bigger like as big as a normal car so i can driver over the Traffic jams
Yeah, this is right up my alley! Marijn, I have a real life rock crawler, not too sure it'd crawl over all traffic, but it was designed to crawl over big rocks!!
I had a friend with a toyota like this. The rework on the trans and suspension was just amazing. I wish I had a chance to ride in it. do you compete?
First off. Woohoo! I can finally post again at work. (Shhh, don't tell anyone.
Next, RC ROCKS! No pun intended. Seriously, have you seen the minis, Josh? 1/36th scale and are perfect for indoors. I bet Sebastian and Isabella would love it. I think I'm going to get one this Christmas. My 1/10th scale brushless motor stadium truck would bust through a wall.
Lastly, you should do another post about another awesome company, Traxxas. They're practically the defacto king of RTR RC vehicles, and all their vehicles are also designed in SolidWorks. http://traxxas.com/
Here's a vid I did of mine.

Hey Bruce! glad you're back. I'm sure you'll be working your way back up the top commentators position soon! Thanks for the clink to Traxxas. I had no idea! sweet that they do theirs in SolidWorks to. I think we need to have a contest between the two! Thanks man and welcome back!!
Ya beat me to it Bruce.
I was going to also mention Traxxas. I've actually known the owners of Traxxas for many years. They are a great group and I have been absolutely blown away at how successful they have been in the R/C industry.
Back in the late 80's and all through the 90's I was a professional R/C racer traveling all over the US to different races. I still have many ties to the industry and I try to keep up with it a bit. I'm actually working on a LONG Blog article explaining most of it….just haven't had the chance yet to finish it.
Ricky Jordan
Great post, Josh.
Ricky, lets hear some bench racing stories from you racing career!
Devon
Will do Devon….I'm trying to locate some pictures to post with the article.
It's just unfair that some people have all the fun at work!
Sounds like you and I need to talk…
I actually almost, keyword ALMOST, got to work for Traxxas. Judging by the people that were already there, I think they probably felt I didn't have enough talent for what they needed. But that was quite a few years back. Who knows, maybe there's still hope?
Seriously, they sure do have quite the talent powerhouse there, and judging by the products they've been cranking out at unprecedented speed, they've been doing really well. Very impressive product line!
I've been itching to do a sequel to Big Truck, but at a much higher standard/level. Just looking for the right time, support, and resources to make it happen.
where do the electronics go ?
Sorry, Josh, forgot to check for responses. Anyway, no, I don't compete, It's for pleasure now, but I may get into competition at some point. In case you're interested, here is my rig:

If by turn it to the side you mean your license will be horizontal then yes. That is at least how they do it in the state of Ohio. And like the others mention all you have to do is go to the dmv you don’t even have to turn in your old license just give it to a friend that looks like you and let them have fun with it.
