With summer coming up just around the corner (June 21st to be exact), it’s going to be time to dust off that bicycle, pump some air in those tires, and prepare for another summer of epic rides. If you’ve been stashing your bike in a random corner during the winter months and don’t have any idea where to start with bicycle storage, consider this newly-launched product on Kickstarter that includes the option to download and print straight at home.

The Clug aims to be the most simple and minimalist bicycle storage system available with a super-easy installation and seamless bracket design…and for just a $5 donation towards their Kickstarter campaign, the design team will send you the STL files to print your very own Clug over and over again:

Named after the noise it makes when you slide a bicycle wheel into it, The Clug is easily mounted to a wall with a simple screw hole template that is intelligently included into the minimalist packaging of the unit itself.

The flexibility of being able to choose how you want to store your bike is perhaps one of the better traits of the unit—meaning, if you want to have your bike stand on two wheels but still be able to stand freely, the unit can be mounted just so. If you want the bike to be mounted vertically against the wall, two Clug units will make that happen.

For those without a 3D printer, just $9 CAD will get you started with one of the brackets and whether you choose to have one or two brackets mounting your bike, the ability to have your bike stand freely with no visual obstructions is dang cool.
