There’s a new blog in town and it’s sporting a crop of writers. SolidWorks Legion has come on the scene and plans to give you the huzzah on SolidWorks.

You may recognize the authors if you frequent the SolidWorks Yahoo group. FCSuper, and his two compatriots, are sporting a WordPress Blog with a nice blue-gray theme that just says subscribe to my feed.

The latest post tears the issue of modeling right open with a look at what some refer to ‘Horizontal modeling.’ Basically that’s building off reference geometry (planes, sketches) instead of building off other parts (typical top-down modeling.) It raises some good points and may help you determine a better way to do some things you’re working on.

Thank you for the plug and credit. :) I'm looking over your approach to modelling right now.
