SolidSmack has been around for just over a year and I’m lovin’ every bit of every juicy 3D/Tech/Design/SolidWorks Tip post I put up, but last night in the wee hours of a foggy night I wondered, “What the heck do all the wonderful people that visit SolidSmack like (not like) about the site?”
So, the fate of SolidSmack lies in the click of your mouse button, any comments you want to add, and my ability to totally ignore anything bad you say about me or the site.
I hope you have fun and I hope you provide some really detailed ideas or offer me money to stop blogging and finish my home renovation. Oh, I’ll still be your friend even if you say something mean.

SolidSmack is a very small behemoth of an online community about 3D CAD, technology, design, robots, and ninjas… Ok, maybe not ninjas so much, but those guys are COOL so there just might be something about some dang ninjas.

I love it! Don’t change a thing. Wait, when are you going to get into video?

the variety is what keeps me checking in. you balance your posts very well w/ solidworks core info/news w/ more fringe CAD related stuff. keep it up!

Keep up the good work. I have enjoyed basically every post since I started reading 8 months or so ago. I like the Friday smackdown, especially the random paragraph before the links.

What I dislike about this SolidSmack Newsletter is that it doesn't get sent out more. It is well done and interesting and not just focused on what we all love SolidWorks. Relationships in the world that are connected to SolidWorks show us that we can work with others systems too and not only what we use ourselves. Great source of entertainment as well as being informational.
Wow, willy, thanks very much. I also wish I could put out more content. There's so much I have (you should see the list) but I'll keep it consistent and if you ever want to see something specific, I'm open to suggestions! thanks!
Hi Josh,
Your welcome. I only wish I could write and have content like you do, on my own blogs. But I feel lucky to have been doing what I can these days. I enjoy sharing and some of my readers have contacted me from around the world, while my own wife avoids my articles. It's okay though, I know she will never read this.
