So maybe I’ve said something that has really upset you or I didn’t respond to an email right away. I’m terribly sorry. I should be flogged ~~very lightly~~ with a ~~chair~~ ~~rake~~ stick. But instead I give you the opportunity to take out your rage on the website or to reduce some stress you may have.
