Hey Oleg, I know what you mean. I think there's some potential here for going through an idea stage and interacting with different objects in different locations unhindered by wired desktop peripherals. I used notepads exclusively for years to jott down ideas/sketches. More and more, I'm using digital means, in particular the iPhone. I still have my notepad. There's a mindset there, but definitely a shift happening. who knows, maybe the nanotech stuff and this could be combined.

Josh, I've seen TED video and this is looking very impressive. However, I think designers will need a material to think (like paper or monitor). In the future virtual product representation can come. Something like I discussed in my post CAD/PLM Robot Swarms (http://plmtwine.com/2009/02/27/cadplm-robot-swa...).

wOw. I have seen this talk a while back on TED.And Im delighted to see it develop so much
I cant wait to get my hands on the hardware, and play around and make something beautyfull with it.
Iv just heard the software will be open source.. X2 WoW.
The future just got a little brighter for me…
