You might see this floating around the sight. What does it mean? I came up with it for 2 reasons.
- It’s catchy
- It explains a mindset
It’s a concept that kinda eludes some people, and, at times, even me sadly. Some would take this idea like you’re telling them to quit their job, move to Bangladesh and grow mangos.
“YOU! Go grow mangos in Bangledesh!!”
“That makes no sense to me!” they will say or… they will ignore you and tell everyone you’re crazy. Either way, you’re lookin’ weird.
So, what does it mean? It means…
- I’d rather take a chance on the potential that trust the obvious
- It means I’m going to keep learning
- It means “that’s how it’s always been done.” isn’t a good answer
- It means “It is, what it is” is a lamer answer
- It means “It is what I make it.”
- It means I’m not gonna wait for someone else to do it for me.
It means I’m not running backwards into a wall. That one’s a little more obscure I guess, but think about it, if you run backwards into a wall, you either hit it and knock yourself out cold, fall to the ground and bleed to death from internal hemorrhaging or you hit it just light enough to think you’re still runnin, but then you pass out and die from exhaustion.
